Summary: The property was great! The only recommendation would be to update the listing as far as the gym and lake location. The gym was downstairs which is now under construction. I could care less just an update would be great! I loved this house and everything in it. Beds were very comfortable! The master shower is amazing but the second bathroom shower did not work. The water just didn’t turn on at all. Also I was looking for an adult size broom but did t find one. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! It was amazing and very reasonably priced for how huge and updated it is! It was great and thank you for loaning your house out to us!!! The Jones’

Summary: Property was nice in most areas, very spacious and open. But like another reviewer wrote, the personal items throughout the house were disconcerting. While looking for cooking utensils the drawers were filled with misc. items. There was leftover butter in the butter dish and coffee grinds in the coffeemaker. The freezer area in the refrigerator was full. The kids had lots of fun in the pool, but moisture problems were very evident. Tracks in the snow showed that someone had walked up to a window. A person removed a travel trailer from the property while we were there without a text letting us know, which would have been better.

Summary: We had an amazing time renting this property over Thanksgiving weekend! The owner was amazingly welcoming and informative upon check in. The house is well stocked with all sorts of kitchen necessities, towels, linens, games for kiddos and pool toys! The pool was such a hit with the kids and brought cousins together of all ages to play and bond. The house was clean, fun, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated floors in the master bedroom and the kitchen aid mixer in the kitchen! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit our family in Spokane! 10/10 recommend!

Summary: We had 6 adults and two young children (3 & 1 year old) staying at this property. Our plans for the vacation included spending quality time together inside the spacious home, using the amenities like the indoor pool and the golf course across the street, hiking around the Liberty Lake area, visiting Coeur d'Alene ID and its many attractions, renting a pontoon on Lake Hayden, and just enjoying the area and each other's company. We accomplished everything on this list and then some, so I would consider the vacation to be a huge success. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this property and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area. The house itself worked out very well, and the contact person was very accommodating and helpful. We really only had one issue that needed to be resolved as the microwave did not work when we arrived. This issue was resolved very quickly, and did not impact our stay. The main living area of the house is very open and was ideal for a couple of active toddlers that want to constantly be on the move. The bedrooms, bathrooms and general layout of the house also worked well for our group. The indoor pool and all of the pool toys were a big hit for the adults and kiddos. We did quite a bit of pool time over the course of our vacation week. The house included all of the daily items that a person needs to exist comfortably in someone else's house - towels, kitchen items, bathroom supplies etc. The host even provided for items that may have been excluded while preparing for a week long vacation - kids toys, sleeping playpen, high chair, toothbrushes, etc etc. These were all nice additions compared to other properties my family has rented in the past. The location of this property also worked very well as we were able to access grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and other locations very easily. It is also a very easy 30 minute drive to get to Coeur d'Alene ID and all that area has to offer. We did not use the hot tub, but it was functional throughout our stay. We had no issues with the pool or chlorine amounts. The walking area and steps around the pool would get a little slippery when wet, but that is definitely expected around any pool so we took the necessary precautions to avoid accidents. The property host (Kim) also offered to have the cleaning people come back in for a few hours in the middle of the week to do a quick cleaning, but we did not feel that was necessary. It was a nice offer though! The house itself is within walking distance to Liberty Lake, but the shared beach area is very small. I would suggest driving to the state beach area a short distance away and paying a few dollars to use their beach if spending much time at this lake is what you planned. Areas of possible improvement: The upstairs area of the house is 90+% finished, but there is still work that needs to be done to consider this a 5 star house. There is trim work throughout a large portion of the upstairs area that is not completed, this includes the main living area and the master bedroom. There are some floor level electrical outlets that are not covered, and a few other unfinished items that were noticeable, but in general these items did not negatively impact our stay. There was also plumbing lines in the master bathroom that look like they are intended for a bathtub installation that has not yet been installed. There are only showers in the upstairs bathrooms, which is not ideal for a 3 & 1 year old, but we made it work. The downstairs area of the house is a little outdated, but it was clean and we only had people sleeping down there during our stay. There is no accessible bathroom in the downstairs area, so anyone staying in the lower level had to climb upstairs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The outside areas around the house have also not been completely finished, but again this is more of an eyesore than a direct impact to any tenants staying in the property. The front area of the house looks well kept, but the sides and back need more finish work. As stated in a previous review, this home does have full time occupants when not being rented, as there were closets full of clothes, and a food pantry with their items, as well as a few rooms that were inaccessible during our stay. There were two instances when someone accessed the home. One person went into their garage while we were in the house, and someone accessed the master bedroom closet while we were away from the property. Not a huge deal overall, but definitely worth a quick text to let your tenants know that this was happening to calm any concerns. With the indoor pool area (always covered when not in use) and warmer than normal temperatures during the day, the house did tend to get fairly warm later in the afternoons, and the AC could not cool it down to the thermostat temperature. One suggestion would be to make a couple of floor fans available for guest use both in the main living areas and bedrooms for air movement. Overall I was satisfied with the property compared to the amount of rent money paid. I'm sure the pool is a big selling point for others wanting that type of amenity, but their nightly rate seems to be at a premium even though there are areas of the house that still need improvements. Finishing the remodel quickly and soon should be a priority. 4 star is a fair rating based on our experience, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone vacationing or traveling to this area.

Summary: This is an amazing property that took our breath away when we first walked in. The location was fantastic, the host was so personable and helpful, and the amenities in the home (especially the pool) were hard to beat! We stayed here for a week while we explored Couer d'Alene, visited Silverwood, rode the Route of the Hiawatha, boated on lake Couer d'Alene, and just loved north Idaho and Eastern Washington. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I just had to detract a star for a couple of simple things that are needed to make this property go over the top. All three bathrooms are in the same spot upstairs, which made it hard for anyone staying in rooms downstairs. There are a bunch of cool items that just need a little work like the dartboard with only two broken scotch-taped darts, the foosball table with no foosball, and the back yard patio with a grill but with no real care taken to keep it up (dirt and sand blown on to the patio without being cleaned off, no yard edging, etc.). We also found the hot tub level too high where only three bodies could enjoy it at once before it would be at the point of overflowing into the sunroom (it seems to be a four person hot tub). Some little fixes in these areas would really put this place on a pedestal. But that being said, we would definitely rent it again for the location and proximity to so many great places to play and eat!

Summary: Beautiful Home, indoor pool was a huge hit with the family - the upstairs is nicely laid out and the whole house has tons of room (there are more bedrooms then listed). We all had a great time - the only odd thing that I had not experienced before is the lived in feeling of the home when it isn't rented (family photos, freezer was full, cornered off closet in the master) - not a deal breaker and no impact on the great time we had. Just not what I expected
