Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for graduation weekend. The home was very well stocked with ample dishes, flatware and cookware. Plenty of extras available if you need more sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. We were only there a few nights, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. We plan on returning in the future.

Summary: Enjoyed spending time with family and visiting our Radford student. The location was remote enough to feel like a vacation but easy access to campus, grocery and restaurants. We were able to cook a simple meal, but the kitchen could use an update. Overall, it was comfortable, peaceful and we hope to stay again.

Summary: Property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views are amazing and we will definitely go back during the fall to see the fall colors on the mountains. This was so much better than a soul-less hotel room during our 3 day Radford stay. There were birds and deer in the yard, and it was close to everything we needed. The house is a little dated--with that circa 1988 vibe, when the whole world was made of honey-colored wood, pink bathroom tile, and bronze gold fixtures--and the floorboards creak something awful, but overall the stay was wonderful and we'd definitely go back again.

Summary: This house was a terrific find. It is a very unique design that we really enjoyed. Love the furnishings and all the wonderful windows. We were staying while checking out Virginia Tech for our son. It's almost 30 minutes away but it was worth it. It's very roomy and well-stocked as well. We had fun with the air hockey table in the basement! I don't love Evolve's check-in process - just the part that it's on the renter to reach out to get the lockbox code. I've never seen it done that way before and would prefer to automatically be sent it. But it worked without issue.

Summary: Very lovely home with attentive and easily available contacts. We appreciated their help and also information about the area....especially about the wonderful little restaurant in Dublin. Great place for getting out to the hiking trails and State and local parks. I am sure we might be back for more adventures next spring.

Summary: Beautiful home in the mountains a very unique design. The place was extremely clean and very well equipped we were two couples and had more than enough room. Gorgeous view from the large wrap around deck overlooking the mountains and the foliage and sunrise were amazing.
