Summary: I stay at home2suites often and as usual the hotel is will maintained and clean. The problem I had on this visit was something I've not experienced in the past. As a Hilton honors member, I'm usually given a bag with a snack and two bottles of water upon check-in. I received the bag this time as well, but when I got to my room and opened one of the waters I realize that the cap was not sealed. I didn't think too much of it at the time, but when I went to open the second bottle of water I realize that it was only about 3/4 full and the cap was also unsealed. Fortunately I saw both of these and I thought better than to drink them, but this is a big problem. I don't know what happened to that water, but it wasn't sealed properly.was that an empty bottle thamy bag? You got to do better than that.

Summary: The room was very nice and clean, it was easy to check in and there was parking all over the building the felt safe. Very nice place to stay would stay there again.

Summary: Bed linen too small. King sheets looked like they would fit a queen. Price gouging at almost $400 per night with taxes. Can get a bigger, better room at a prestigious hotel in downtown Manhattan NYC for same rate or less.
