Positive: The physical facility was excellent. The location was everything we were hoped for.
Negative: The staff service was well below my expectations. In four days our room was not serviced. The waste baskets were never emptied. The coffee pods were never replaced. The two wash clothes were never replaced. Everyday we went to the front desk for coffee pods for our room. The breakfast bar was poorly managed. In 4 days I had to find the breakfast bar person to tell her that they were out of eggs, bagels, and several times coffee. She had back-ups for all these products but she was somewhere else in the facility. This is the first time I have ever written a critics review.

Negative: The elevator did not stay open long enough for the people to go in and out resulting in people getting hit by the elevator door including my daughter. Check in took long .. one employee working front desk during a busy weekend (balloon fiesta) it was a long line just to check in. One female employee was in no rush to help and stood around talking to another employee and she took forever to assist her coworker. Lack of working. Hotel seemed to be fully booked and large vehicles / trailers/ uhauls took up majority of the parking spots

Positive: The pool was my favorite part of the stay. All 5 of our children can agree.
Negative: The breakfast. I feel like it needed more options. What was available was good, but there were not too many options to pick from.
