Summary: Clean, safe, and quiet. Exactly what my family needed. We had just dealt with a horrible experience with another hotels false advertising and we thought about driving through the night instead of stopping. But I found this place and called to verify some info, they were SO kind and helpful. The room was clean and ready for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Summary: The staff were very professional and helpful, everyone I came in contact with were extremely nice. The room was clean , the property was clean as well. Loved the breakfast each morning, the lemonade every day was very refreshing.

Summary: The stay was wonderful. The shower /water pressure/temp could be much better. They must have had a rough day there were lots of housekeeping carts in the hallway that did make it hard to get luggage cart to our room.

Summary: This was the worst "by Hilton" hotel experience I've ever had. I paid for a suite weeks in advance, and when I arrived the bathroom clearly needed - as their staff put it - a "deep cleaning", hair everywhere, grime and debris next to the toilet... and the toilet rocked side to side like it belonged on a roller coaster at the county fair. Shower looked dirty and the shower head was barely decent. I complained to the staff and they offered to move me to a smaller room, which I refused because that's not what I paid for. Then they offered to move me three floors up which wouldn't meet the needs of my family. Staff was polite, but not overly helpful. It wasn't until I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom myself that they sent someone to take care of it. Breakfast was mediocre at best, didn't live up to lots of hype I saw from other reviews. This place is definitely not worth the price. So if you're wanting to get a decent place to stay for $150 per night, definitely look elsewhere. Avoid this place.
