Summary: Called 1 week ahead to arrange for late check out on my last day. They said no problem. Then on my last day they not only didn't honor the late check out, the cleaning crew kicked me out of my room - no apologies, nothing. Won't be staying her again.

Summary: Property could use a proper cleaning. Would not consider our room very clean at all. Room also had a funky smell to it. Refrigerator was really loud while trying to sleep. Staff was really nice.
