Summary: Staff were awesome and rooms were clean. Bathrooms did not have ventilation fans, the sliding door did not lock at all and immensely poor insulation. I could hear the couple 3 doors down as well as in the hallways. It was an okay stay, just didn't sleep all too well.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy - we arrived about 8pm. However, when we got to our floor, there were several items outside of rooms lining the hallway - a pile of linens and towels, large bags of trash, etc. When we were about to go to bed at 11pm, we lost all power in the room....called the front desk, she came up and flipped the fuse multiple times with no luck. While she was readying a new room for us, we unplugged our four phone/ipad chargers and small travel fan and regained power when she tried the fuse again. She advised she would leave the new room keys for the night staff should we have any further issues. Had no further issues throughout the night. The piles and bags were still in the hall in the morning. Breakfast was disappointing - we were in town for an early soccer match for our son, so this was a convenience the kids looked forward to. Went downstairs around 7:30 - there was no oatmeal, they were out of regular coffee and the yogurt machine was also out. They were waiting for maintenance to arrive at 8 to replace the part in the machine to be able to refill the yogurt. Green apples was the only fruit available. Overall, the room was clean and had plenty of room for our family and the kids enjoyed an evening swim in the pool. Convenient location, easy to find and near to our destination.

Summary: Breakfast options were limited due to no staff refiling the buffet. The breakfast severing area needed cleaning attention. Not sure the options because nothing was refilled. Breakfast attendants were not available quick enough to request Most of the items. No eggs, pancake, toast, cereal, muffins were out! A empty pan not sure was there. items which made my morning breakfast experience poor! I went to breakfast fairly early enough. Not like I went 5mins until ends.

Summary: The room had a strong odor I could not determine the source of. The shower had sub par water pressure and was only Luke warm. Not at all like the Hilton’s I have stayed in in the past. Very noisy

Summary: This prorerty was very clean and had a nice modern look. The roomand bathroom were very clean and fresh. Staff was helpful and the morning breakfast had an abundant variety of options.

Summary: All was well except for the coffe maker had old molded coffee inside of water reservoir and iron didn't work but staff handled it immediately they're great asset to the company
