Positive: I like the amenities, the helpful staff and the fact that we could bring our dog. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. We had a relaxing afternoon in the pool and were able to grab lunch to a next-door restaurant.
Negative: I found several pieces of straight light colored hair in the bathroom that were not from us (different color and texture). It made me question cleanliness. I also felt it was a bit overly priced for the level of accommodation.

Positive: The breakfast options were nice, gym and pool were nice. Room spacious and clean. Hotel seems relatively new. Laundry service availeble, only 2 dryers and 2 washers, but 0.75 cents to wash is cheap.
Negative: The staff showed just about the right amount of friendliness and service to receive a satisfactoy review. Although the hotel is modern we did not like that the breakfast area was in the centre of the lobby. Sterile, not very cosy.....

Positive: The staff was friendly and the room was very clean
Negative: The breakfast was not good at all!!! The breakfast items were BARELY warm every single day and the oatmeal was too runny to eat. Quite frankly it was a huge disappointment!!! WE made management aware of this on two occasions but nothing was done to correct the situation. The pool needs some attention. The steps and surface areas look dirty.
