Positive: It is almost a brand new hotel. The location is great, for trips to Glacier National Park. The room on top floor had a great view. Most of the staff were good, especially Brennon - who went out of his way to enquire after us. Since both my wife & I were working, they let us borrow one of the dining chairs - which made it more comfortable for us to work from the room. They also let us check in early - by 11:30 am local - which helped us quite a bit.
Negative: I think the walls of the room are a bit thin. There were some wierd noises coming from the fridge / bath room. Inspite of whatever temp we set the A/C at, around 4 am we got up feeling warm / sweating.The exercise room. Even the staff at reception didn't have the code / know how to use the Peleton. The weights were all on the higher side for me ( nothing below 5 Lbs, a couple of 5 & 10 lbs. Rest are all heavy weights. Swimming pool doesn't have shower or change room. Need to go back to the room. I used both the gym & pool only once during my 11 days stay in this hotel. I spent sometime working from the lobby during my stay. I didn't see anyone else using the pool ; may be a total of 10 people used the Gym during that time. One staff was unhelpful / had an attitude. We were leaving for a hike around 6.15 am on a Saturday ( Breakfast starts at 7 am). When I asked if we could get breakfast on the Go ( as in some other Hilton properties), the lady replied saying that there were plenty of breakfast places open on our way to the Glacier
Summary: Overall a great stay / choice, especially at the price we booked

Positive: Loved the suite we stayed in. It was clean had more than enough of comfort. I love that there are big bottles of all the toiletries. Theres a mini kitchen with a full fridge. Enough for a family for a weeks groceries. The beds had a quilt cover it felt so luxurious and nice. The sheets had a cooling effect. There was also an AC that brought us plenty of fresh air for the night. It was great. Thank you so much! Definitely would stop here again!
Negative: I loved the personalized TV setting. It felt so special. I do wish that Netflix and Disney + would come with the suite. I think it's great if you have your own sign in...but for those who dont have a subscription it would be nice to watch a few movies. It makes it extra feels like you got more for the value for your money. Also Live TV is extremely boring.
