Summary: Everything was great.. Was just disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance

Summary: Nice location. Walk to restaurants. Only negative was the bathroom has a pocket door that wouldn't stay closed and wouldn't lock. The bed was comfortable, room was roomie, and plenty of spaces to put things for a week long trip.

Summary: Great location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms and plenty of linens. Comfortable seating/tv area in our room as well. Quiet location with convenient access to all areas of Thanksgiving Point and surrounding Lehi area.

Summary: I was a bit disappointed that the room I reserved was overbooked and therefore I didn’t get it, but overall the stay was pleasant, the staff were nice, and the room was comfortable.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed here The first time was excellent. No issues. However, the room wasn't very clean. It looked like nobody had wiped down counters. The fridge had a weird smell. On the plus side, I really like the size of the rooms. I really like the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. However, I don't know if the bacon and sausage was cooked all the way. Overall, the stay was pretty good. And none of the issues I had were bad enough to make me feel like I couldn't stay here again especially because the first time was so great. I think the things that we experienced this time are probably not something that always happens.

Summary: We came for a weekend vacation and were very satisfied with our stay. We had a small issue when we arrived with some of the bedding for the sofa bed but as soon as it was brought to managements attention it was resolved. I will definitely be recommending this property to friends!

Summary: The hotel was wonderful. Staff friendly but possibly overworked. Only one staff member for such a large hotel at night. The poor girl was running around trying to solve everyone’s issues. Our refrigerator was broken upon check in and because of it we were not able to keep our food in the room so we did end up wasting some of it by the time we had to check out.
