Summary: We love staying at this hotel especially for outdoor space. Shy who checked us in was so nice, patient and provided excellent customer service.

Summary: The hotel did not have the room that I paid for and instead gave me an accessible room (which was way cheaper than I paid). The bathtub was also backing up with every shower so it was always a rushed shower. They were able to change the room the next day but we already were unhappy with the stay
