Summary: We like the Home 2Suites because of the kitchenette. All other Home 2Suites have been exceptionally clean. However, the room we had, the kitchen and bathroom floors were covered with hair and other debris. The carpeted area was covered with debris. Housekeeping did come in to vacuum and map. The edges were still dirty. I loaded the dishwasher with all the dishes before we left. I had to wash dishes before I could use them. The glasses had lipstick on them. I never go barefoot in hotel rooms, regardless of how clean they appear. I'm hoping this is a one-time lapse.

Summary: Traveled with kids for a long weekend and our stay was wonderful. Hotel staff from the Christy who made all the breakfast and also surprised the kids with a Easter egg hunt to The young man who did the overnight shift was just great and gave one of the best customer service I have ever had at a home 2 suit. The entire family had a good time and ready to plan out return trip.

Summary: I like the set up of our room. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There was also a large sleep sofa and pull-out dining table. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Summary: Our bedding had hair on it when we turned the bed down, we had housekeeping and the supervisor responded immediately and changed all of the linens, which was acceptable. Breakfast staff extremely polite and welcoming.
