Summary: My husband and I just wanted to get away for a night and relax. My father's rapidly declining health has been very stressful this week as his placement into hospice has begun. I hoped a night relaxing with the pool and hot tub and a little pampering would help with the upcoming family events. We were very impressed with the overall quality of the room. We were in room 320, a spacious suite with very nice amenities. The king size bed was very comfy and all bedding was clean and comfy. The only concerns were the spacious bathroom. The toilet paper holder, and the handles for the shower were broken and very difficult to figure out. The bathroom towels were extremely cheap and small, also needed a much larger one for the floor. That was the only issue. Absolutely everything else was wonderful although the grilling area could be larger. Its a great space, but needed to be much larger. It would be nice if the pool was made available to adults only passed the closing time. We enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

Summary: The only room for improvement is pillow options. Feather pillows are amazing in their own rite, however are not for everyone. My recommendation is to have both a feather (soft and squishy) and a more firm pillow on the bed(s).

Summary: Our room was very clean. We had a suite with a bedroom and a little kitchen. They supplied dishes, utensils, dishwasher, whatever you needed. The staff was great! We will stay at another Home2Suite for sure.

Summary: Our only complaint is the shuttle service to the casino. We were offered a complimentary ride and pick up to go back to the hotel. We were told we had until 11pm for pick up. We called for our ride back at 1045 and we told the driver had already left for the night. We had to find another way back to the hotel.

Summary: We broke down on the highway and had to spend a few nights. Every single member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Our third night, by the time we found out that we were still stuck, the hotel was full. Jason made sure we had a room next door and watched our things for us while we went to dinner. Thank you for your kindness.
