Positive: Clean, newish facility, location to shopping, resta, downtown Portland. Some of the staff were very helpful, others not so much.
Negative: We had the worst room in the hotel next to the outside door that slammed all hours of the day. 1st floor so heard stomping above us. Handicapped accessible shower flooded the bathroom floor with water every shower. The air-conditioner made a loud popping noise every time it came on and off. We stayed there the week before on the 4th floor and it was wonderful. If you get assigned the 1st floor by the back door, move!

Positive: There should be more lodging options such as this! The place was immaculate with everything you could have asked for whether staying for one night or a longer time. Kitchen utensils, double burner, full fridge, dishwasher, TWO large screen TVs., etc.
Negative: I was perfectly happy. One suggestion to help them establish a lawn that they have nicely tried to seed and grow is to have a dedicated space for pets.

Positive: Honestly all of it. The amenities alone were awesome. We didn’t need them but we now know if we ever need to stay anywhere again and have the option to stay with this company, we’re choosing you guys!
Negative: Truly nothing to complain about!

Positive: Brand new hotel. Great layout. A small living room in the front that includes a sink with garbage disposal, medium sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two glass cooktop burners, pots and pans, work area, couch, coffee table, and TV. The bedroom is a separate room. Comfortable bed. Another large TV. I could settle in comfortably here for a long stay. Very friendly staff. A restaurant conveniently located across the parking lot.
Negative: The hotel is a bit removed from Portland. I wasn’t bothered by the drive, but take Uber if you’re drinking.
Summary: New hotel that’s really a nice small apartment with friendly staff and comfortable bed and furnishings.

Positive: The room and amenities were great. Had a few struggles with room/building access due to phone technology but overall, everything was great including Nikki.
Negative: Not much we didn't like. Omly comment was it'd be nice to have a staff member around especially during the day.
