Summary: Some things were amazing but it was the little things that let it down. Beds - Wonderful Shower pressure - Sensational Floor - dirty and sticky Outside Bins - full and smelly (nowhere to put our rubbish as requested) Door lock - complicated Wifi - disconnected

Summary: The house was clean. The heaters worked well. Nice view of the water and Geelong from the house. It would have been even better if the bins weren’t full when we arrived, if paper towels had been available, if the light in the dining room worked, if there was more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, if the keys to the back door were available. There were ants in the dishwasher. Leaving a fresh rose from the garden was a lovely touch.

Summary: The property itself is a nicely renovated brick home. It presents well and was clean. Our main issue was that there was no instruction manual for anything in the house, so it took a while to google how to work the heaters (it was very cold!). Also the television remote was broken so we were unable to use the TV (not great with 4 kids). It also took a while to figure out how to use the stove top (an on/off switch on the wall in case anyone else has the same problem!) so dinner was very delayed. I sent a message to the host on Friday night when we arrived, but it was only answered on Saturday evening suggesting to use Foxtel remote even though they didn't have Foxtel. Have since sent a follow up message and not been answered. A few simple things that could have been ironed out had there been better preparation and communication.

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was very neat and tidy, great location and suited our family perfectly, and being pet friendly enabled us to bring our 2 dogs with us on our family break away. We have already rebooked our next stay :)

Summary: Location was great for our purpose which was a family birthday. We felt happy leaving our dog there as it was securely fenced. House was clean and spacious and had all facilities. We will be back.
