Summary: Mr.Luciano was kind to us. He can speaking English well. The room is good and very clean. All of facilities was perfect. Moreover the price was very good. The room is very close with Las Canteras Beach. All of thing was perfect at this apartment.

Summary: Luciano is a great host and the flat is located perfectly. From there you reach the beach within seconds and the bus Station "St. Catalina" is about 7 min. by foot. There you can take the bus to the Airport and to other destinations around the island. Luciano provides everything for perfect holidays!

Summary: Lovely little flat, less than two minutes from the beach. Luciano is a brilliant host - he is extremely helpful and very easy to get in touch with. In the flat there was a file he's created with lots of useful tips, from where to shop to where to eat etc - in three languages! And any other questions you might have, he's happy to answer them himself - as a local, he's a great source of knowledge indeed. The flat was clean, comfortable, with good WiFi, and easy to reach with public transport from the airport. It's a perfect location both for the beach and for a visit into town or even out of town, since the bus station is very close and most town and intercity buses stop there. I was totally happy with everything and look forward to a repeat visit!

Summary: I can highly recommand the apartment! Luciano is a thoughtful and very friendly host and the apartment simply perfect for a stay only few steps away from the ocean! Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need for a stay and the bedroom is quiet for a good night sleep looking to the courtyard.
