Summary: No room service after I requested it twice.the front desk employee apparently forgot to enter it in the system twice. Then once I requested a third time they tell me there’s no room service on the weekend. Wow. No towels left after room service finally came. Laundry was broke. Pool wasn’t warmed. No drinks for purchase in snack area.
