Positive: It was clean, breakfast wasn't bad, its exactly what you'd expect. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Wonderful kitchenette and full size fridge with ice maker, double burner glass top stove, and dishwasher. Large shower and great water pressure. Wonderful AC unit and ceiling fan. Sofa was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Cute little patio area with two grills, glass stone fire pit and seating. It was unfortunate that there was no covered seating outside.
Negative: Disliked having to pay extra at the hotel, a fee that WAS NOT on booking.com. I didnt mind paying the early arrival fee; we ended up arriving an hour earlier than expected; but a deposit as well not being mentioned until check-in was a left field right hook. Be aware that you have to pay EXTRA for high speed internet too! That's if you want to game online at all. The standard was not enough for Helldivers. Something like 7$ extra a day... which also wasnt mentioned in the booking page or at check-in. We only found out in our room connecting to the internet the first night. Disliked that the window curtains didnt close off enough light from the busy city outside. Disliked that the covers kept coming off the bed, not sure why, I've never had an issue with bed linens staying. Pool was out of order after our second day, and there was a sign that asked patrons to use the pool at the hotel next door.

Negative: Kitchen was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and there was a cup stain on the table. Also the bathroom sink faucet was loose.

Positive: Breakfast had a large variety and everything was kept stocked in a timely manner.
Negative: I would recommend a second waffle maker. The party in front of us had 6 children and they all wanted waffles, so a you can imagine, we didn't have time to get waffles. Also, the bathroom was too small.

Positive: We loved the room size, location and cleanliness. It was perfect for our family during our visit to Lynchburg. I appreciated feeling safe during our stay.
Negative: The lighting was great but would have appreciated a door on the bathroom sink area so that I could get ready without waking up my family in the morning. Also, I wish there would have been outlets on both sides of each bed. The beds were really hard squeaky.
