Summary: Everything was clean and renovated. The only issue was elevator waiting time because one of the elevators was out of service.

Summary: The hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious. Sadly the TV did not work which I reported but told it was down to the weather but would clear but it didn't. Also having only one lift working was a real issue. On occasions it took up to 10 minutes for the lift to arrive so we took the stairs.

Summary: This place had great customer service. It was clean friendly environment and the continental breakfast was great. We had a king studio. It was nice the have a little kitchen and fridge in the room.
