Positive: The staff was genuinely kind, the location was perfect for getting around, and the breakfast was really good as will. In the end I was very happy as well as comfortable with my stay. Honestly, I can't wait to come back. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š
Negative: Not being able to get points for my stay is the only thing that was disappointing. I didn't know if you book through a third-party that you don't get points added to your stay. I'll keep that in mind for next time

Positive: We found our room to be spacious, exceptionally well equipped and excellent value. Our 11th floor views were great day and night. Laundry was efficient. Desk staff were very helpful. It was a surprise to have complimentary drinks and a light buffet on Wednesday night, most unexpected. I would recommend it and I would return if in Philadelphia again.
Negative: There was nothing I did like.

Negative: I had to pay 25 dollars to park my car. There wasn't any coffee or breakfast at 8:40am. Staff refused to coffee and breakfast.

Positive: Breakfast was very convenient and just right. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice
Negative: I got scolded by a guy that was in our room fixing something. When we showed up. He told us we were in the wrong room even though we weren't. Then later he came into our room without being let in at night. Wanted to leave at that point but it was late and we were tired from our trip. The front desk did add points on my Hilton rewards, although it didn't make up for a man coming in to the room and scaring us half to death ( for the second time!!).
