Summary: The place was one of the nicest places we've stayed in years. The rooms were large and quiet. There was a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only minor downside is that the pool and hot tub are a little small, so when you get more than 1 or 2 families in there it gets pretty tight and loud.

Summary: I travel a lot, domestically and internationally. This has got to be one of the beat places I've stayed in a long time. Staff: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was in Sioux Falls to get SD residency and DMV requested a tweak in my hotel receipt- the front desk email it to me while on the phone! Everyone I encountered from front desk to the manager's night/breakfast host to housekeepers were genuinely nice. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The placeis newly renovated. Parking lot: I was towing a Uhaul trailer and there was easy and ample pull-through spots. Food: We were suprised by a special manager's social one evening and it was delicious. Breakfast had the usuals, plus American tacos and roast potatoes (plus eggs, sausage, various toppings, yogurt, etc). Walkable: It's right by a few places to walk for food- important when towing a trailer! I didn’t swim, but did check out the piol and it was clean and warm. The suite was well-appinted and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the couch. The large TV was on a movable arm. Strong Wifi. Large shower with great water pressure and hot water. It wss very quiet- I couldn't hear my neighbors or people in the hallway.

Summary: Staff was superb. All kind and helpful. They really try with breakfast. Great idea to have induction stove but only 1 waaay too big pan and a too large pot. Don't fit burners. Too big for practical cooking for one. Intended to buy groceries so i could cook what i wanted, but too impractical. Don't know why they did provide better choice of pots and pans. Exercise room closed 1 day, no a/c other days due to renovation. Two days of toxic smells in lobby due to renovation. Room okay. Place needs deep cleaning. Bed comfortable. Couch uncomfortable If not for very nice staff and a genuine attempt to provide good choices for breakfast i would have given it 2 stars.

Summary: Clean and spacious rooms!! The continental breakfast was one of the most diverse and delicious breakfasts I’ve had and I’ve stayed at many!! Only complaint is the beds were too firm for me, but that’s a personal issue not the hotel’s. However, probably the best hotel pillows I’ve ever experienced. We will definitely stay there again!

Summary: We were welcomed by rude staff, I wish I had known the pool and fitness room was being renovated we would have stayed elsewhere. The room was very clean, but our air conditioner was not working. The front staff told us they would call someone. They never did, and we were also told the next morning we could not have any discount on our room as we paid via the Expedia

Summary: Pool shut down, exercise room closed, room phones did not work, WiFi tried aquiring out phone number, email address, name & address. Razor blades in the parking lot, nowhere to park a short trailer. Furniture at breakfast all broke down, no ADA stool, no hand grabs......
