Summary: I chose this hotel over many others for my family and my parents to stay for my son’s basketball tournament. Chesterfield is a beautiful city, so many things to do and so nice and clean and safe. I was excited to have suites for our family which includes small kitchens and multiple beds. My first experience was not great as our room was not ready for us at 3:30 when check in is at 3:00. One room was ready so they said we could go up to that room and they would call up when the other was ready as it was already cleaned but “under inspection”. We waited and 30 minutes later we still had no call. I went down to the desk and she she called and said they were inspecting, as if that’s not what she had already told me. Waited about 15 more minutes and we needed to leave for our event and she said oh yeah we have your room ready. We just got the key put our stuff in our room and left. When we got back I noticed stains on the sheets, there was no extra toilet paper, only 3 towels for a room to sleep 6, and there was no extra linens for the pull out couch. I had to go down and get them at 11:30pm. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and they kept it well stocked. The pool and outside area were great and very nice. The staff were very nice and helped with anything I needed.

Summary: Homewood is my fever Hotel but the food service and variety here was not as It should be. During my week stay I came 10 min to 9am and some of the food trays were empty. I asked for the employee to supply more but he refuse as he was about to close the service. The hallway carpets were kind of dirty. Rooms were ok. I ran out of shower gel and after cleaning service they didn’t refilled. I have to ask them to bring it more…Hope they can improve what noticed.

Summary: Great stay. Best customer service we've experienced. Super nice, informative and overall happy. The breakfast attendant was awesome. Always great to see staff enjoy their job and go out of their way to make the environment enjoyable. All staff was accommodating. Thank you.

Summary: We have stayed in this hotel previously, but it’s been quite some time. I doubt we will ever use this hotel again. The dishes, utensils, and inside the cabinets were dirty. I ended up using bleach wipes to wipe down all services as the cleaners clearly don’t do it. I attempted to run a load of dishes in the dishwasher and it took the machine an extreme amount of time to run and still didn’t clean any thing off the dishes/utensils. I ended up scrubbing by hand after soaking in the sink. A spatula was coated with food particles and I couldn’t get it clean so I just threw it down in the cabinet by the trash can. The hotel can deal with it if they even notice it. The bathroom was slightly dirty as well with multiple pieces of hair, corroded shower head (which was not movable) and an empty body wash container. We had packed a body wash just in case so we just used this instead. Although breakfast is never a huge feature at any major hotel chain, the breakfast here was cold both mornings and offered very little. We ended up going out both times after we left for the morning. Although the front desk was very pleasant at check-in, I doubt we will ever be returning to this particular hotel. We have had a great experience years prior at this location, but it seems that they don’t maintain very well.

Summary: The hotel seems new and is in good condition. We had a suite that had a kitchen in it. When we arrived their was shattered glass on the floor of the kitchen. Hard to understand how housekeeping missed shattered glass all over the floor before telling the front desk that the room was clean. They did send someone to clean it promptly, but that is really dangerous that they released this room with broken glass all over the floor. Our second issue was that the walls are so thin in this hotel. We were on the first floor and it sounded like herds of elephants rumbling above us very often throughout our stay morning, noon and night which made it hard to sleep. The plumbing wall is also very noisy so we kept hearing really load burst when people were either using the toilets or showers in our stack.

Summary: First of all when I checked in, I could hardly understand the clerk as our English was really terrible. Secondly, we found a bug in our room that was alive, crawling over my leg when I was sitting on the couch and then later another dead one in the bathroom! We asked to get a refund on the last day and they told us we couldn’t because we had booked through you. So instead, they moved us to another room per our request. The breakfast they offered was good and the gentleman on Friday morning was extremely bubbly and friendly.
