What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Jan 4, 2025 01:29:22 AM
Summary: The house and property was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our annual holiday vacation. The house is spacious with lots of areas to relax, visit, play games, etc. The patio with pool was our favorite place to hangout during the day to enjoy the warm Tucson sun. The kids enjoyed the pool and using the tennis court. The house is relatively remote so the area is quiet, and we were able to observe lots of wildlife. However, it was conveniently located within 5-10 minutes of shopping, resturants, etc. Overall, it was one of our favorite places that we have stayed at for our annual holiday vacation for the past 10 years.

Summary: This is spacious, comfortable , and stylish!!! We absolutely loved it. It feels quite remote but itโ€™s an easy 15 minutes to where we were playing tennis. We loved its tranquility. The only part of it that was a bummer was that the pool and hot tub were not heated. Pool? Okay but hot tub? Really disappointing. We were told it would be $500 to heat those for the stay - totally ridiculous and leading me to believe that something actually needed fixing? Send us $500 and we will fix it for you. (Some previous reviews suggested that the pool/hot tub controls were broken ) if you donโ€™t have a hot tub, donโ€™t include it in the home details.

Summary: The house was beautiful and fit a large group. Many kitchen amenities for cooking. Very clean! The tennis court was not in the best condition but worked for warming up before our tournament. Also, there wasnโ€™t a pull out sofa as listed, it was a futon that wasnโ€™t comfortable for an adult but probably ok for kids and there werenโ€™t any linens for it.

Summary: Do not pass this by if itโ€™s in your location/price range. It feels inviting and has gracious spaces for gathering in groups small and large. Dreamy kitchen. Bedrooms each comfortable and pretty. We saw javelina, birds and planes landing amidst the desert flora. Entirely lovely seating, gathering and playing areas. Every space feels welcoming. If this gets to the owner, thanks so much for allowing me in to take a quick view. I was almost dancing when I left because your house is so wonderful!

Summary: Coyote Crossing was absolutely perfect exceeding our expectations. The home is beautiful and spacious having many gathering spots for guests to spread out and enjoy themselves either individually or collectively. With 8 persons in 5 distinct family groups, the 5- bedroom layout was ideal and each guest loved the privacy of their room as well as either private or semi-private bathrooms. Common spaces made for great interaction opportunities as smaller groups of people could take advantage of both indoor and outdoor activities (pool table, pool, tennis/pickleball court, ping pong, foosball) whereas more private and very comfortable areas exists for those whom wanted to sit, chat and catch up with family members. Every guest absolutely loved the home's layout, decorative features and comfort. Also commented and loved was the surrounding environment - the peacefulness of the area is fabulous - either indoor or out, serenity was abundant and very much enjoyed and appreciated by all. The home's functionality was very high with only one minor point away from perfect. HVAC was flawless, each room/ space very comfortable throughout the stay. The kitchen/ butler kitchen/ pantry amply stocked with kitchenware, convenience and utility items and thoughtful touches making the kitchen the family gathering spot with plenty of space and very enjoyable. Garage remote openers didn't work the only negative. We'll be back for certain! Thank you Coyote Crossing - we loved our stay.

Summary: Lovely large home, plenty of room for a group, we had tons of space for the 6 of us. Home has 3 separate bedroom areas with 5 overall bedrooms, works great with groups. Outside area is beautiful with great views of mountains, and in a private outskirt of NW Tucson. Saw a lot of wildlife right by home, including coyotes, owls, mule deers and quails. We loved our trip, and will rent this home again. (Only issue Vacasa didnโ€™t let local group know to heat pool ahead of time, owner did stop by to apologize for that)

Summary: This property accommodated our group perfect. We enjoyed all of the activities/entertainment spaces (pool table, ping pong, tennis court, swimming pool and spa) to the fullest. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with spices, pots/pans and utensils for all of our group meal preparation. We will definitely recommend this property to friends.

Summary: The property is very nice but you are isolated. The tennis court is not well kept and the pool/hot tub never got heated. Indoor appliance need to be checked for safety issues. Lots of bolts missing on refrigerator, springs on dishwasher are off. Very dangerous! Refrigerator fell on my daughter. Communication with this company is non existent after they get your deposits. DO NOT PAY FOR HEATING POOL/SPA. House itself is large and accommodates large parties. Very disappointed with managing company.
