Summary: This was not a pleasure trip. We came down to clean out my dads house upon his death. This was not our first trip doing this but furniture had been disassembled and we needed a place to sleep. This was the closest place to the house. We only slept there.

Summary: Great little cabin. We enjoyed our stay. Would have been good to know: 1. 4th bed upstairs is under one of the other beds. 2. No plates in the kitchen. 3. Didn’t know how to lock the back door. Otherwise all was great.

Summary: This is a small A-frame cabin near the lake with a swimming beach within walking distance (for those that like walking). Simple and convenient for the money. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this place punches the ticket. We brought our 4 kids to go to Mammoth Caves and neighboring cave attractions. While these are a short drive the surrounding land is beautiful and made the distance an added bonus. This property Is as stated "homey" and rustic. If you like simple and the outdoors and don't require the finer things you will enjoy your stay.
