Negative: It's a small, crowded room, like a den with a queen size bed, an eating table, microwave and bar fridge. Very little room to walk around. The room was quite cool when I arrived (in early April), with only cool air coming from registers. Property owner suggested I use the space heater in the closet. That eventually made the room warm enough be also made it uncomfortably dry for sleeping. When I tried to use the microwave (to heat my sandwich) while running the space heater it blew the breaker, so could only use one or other.

Summary: I cannot recommend.

Positive: Good location. Really nice clean room.

Negative: Coffee maker and tea pot but no cups to make them in. No air conditioning.

Summary: It was a great value with a really nice room. No air conditioning and had to go to Tims for coffee.

Positive: Private entrance. Private bathroom. Private queen-sized Sealy adjustable bed. Lil kitchenette to heat up my breakfast. They let me park in the driveway, instead of the Visitors. Stocked soaps, blankets, and tea.

Negative: Though the bed was warm, that room was COLD. I would recommend bringing flannel pajamas or a space-heater if you're staying in the cooler months.

Summary: That room was exactly what I needed. Private everything and helpful host.

Positive: Private entrance was nice. Good parking. Quiet surroundings.

Negative: Fridge wasn’t very cold. The first night, the room heat was cold as there’s no additional heating source in accommodation. (It’s a shared furnace with landlord). Second night was better as furnace was running. Only one very thin small towel for a shower. One of 3 lightbulbs (the middle one) over vanity was flashing so we undid the one light bulb.
