Summary: This was my first time renting and staying in a vacation rental of any kind, and this was a phenomenal first experience! There were plenty of amenities like snacks provided, along with toiletries, and the entire place smelled amazing when we walked in. All future rentals will be compared to this one for us- especially how nice the host was!

Summary: The property was amazing! Clean, comfortable, location was perfect for what we were doing. The host was very easy to communicate with. Summary: This is the perfect place to stay in Memphis and the host (Belgica) couldn't have been more helpful or responsive to our few needs. Read reviews that complained about noise and problems with the area, but neither of those claims were true during our stay. It's only a short walk to Beale Street and other venues like The Pyramid and Sun Studio if you don't mind a further walk. highly recommended!
