This house sits on 10 acres with 2 large spring fed fishing ponds and backs up to the South River (fly fishing) stocked trout. Summary: Clean, cozy, and even better than the pictures! We took a last-minute family vacation and really loved the place. Lot’s of nice extras to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Close to Shenandoah and Charlottesville for hiking, shopping, dining. Tim and Kim are terrific hosts.

Summary: This has become my home away from home when I'm traveling on business. You can't beat staying in a clean home where you can cook and have room to relax versus staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this home. The owners are fabulous!!!

Summary: Our experience at the house was amazing. We spent a weekend with family visiting nearby wineries/breweries, and I proposed to my fiancé in the courtyard of the property - it was perfect. The setting and views from the house were even better than the pictures, and the house itself was such a cool design. Very comfortable and unique. The owners were also very responsive and helped with some packages we had delivered. Highly recommend for a getaway to a beautiful part of Virginia!

Summary: We had a great time! The house was clean and welcoming. It is really comfortable and there is a lot of room. The toys in the garage- ping pong table and game console - were a lot of fun! We totally recommend a stay here- whether it is to check out the wineries or hike the Appalanachian Trails. The location is great- so close to Skyline and the Blue Ridge Parkway. In addition, Waynesboro had some fun place to eat.
