Positive: The house had space to park our car. It was secluded but right by the lake and very close to all amenities. It had a heated outdoor area. The house was spacious and light. Beds were comfortable. There was also a wood fuelled stove to make for cosy evenings.
Negative: Seems small but it would have been good to have more rubbish bins inside the property. Also signage as to where the house is located could be made more prominent.

Positive: Great location. Down a driveway tucked away so very quiet. But easy walking to town and lake rt across street from property. Nice space. Cute backyard. Beds comfortable. Nice shower and house clean. Highly recommend!

Positive: It is a lovely old traditional NZ batch and we love a batch!! Situation is close to town for shopping and food options The bed is really comfy!!!
Negative: As has been said in the Visitors book, badly needs some TLC I think it was expensive for what it was, but there were only 2 of us staying over Valentine’s weekend so all accommodation was expensive The key safe did not work Batch care phone line was slow to be answered and we had to then wait for help The wi fi instructions were poor and we could not get the TV to work , despite the 4 remote control devices The cooker and toilet need a good clean The shower drips No knives are sharp So, what was supposed to be a treat was rather a frustrating weekend
Summary: Lovely batch but would benefit from TLC!!!

Positive: We loved staying at the little White House! We would definitely recommend to anyone, especially those with kids as there is ample space for kids to play outside and there is a large park two doors up!

Negative: The house had a terrible residual cooking odour, there was no complimentary coffee, no floor mats for the shower. For the price we paid to stay 2 nights - it was disappointing
