Positive: Would be a wonderful property for a get away. Unfortunately we were on the mountain for a wedding and the travel to locations was difficult
Negative: Maybe a bathroom on the top floor but hardly a showstopper

Positive: Absolutely everything. So relaxing out on the balcony overlooking the Forrest. The cool fresh air. So close to everything - we did glow worm caves, Thunderbird Park for Mini Putt Putt, we did the Skywalk Forrest walk. That Sunday they had on mothers Day markets. And main street tamborine Mountain the variety just amazing. The German Cookcoo Clocks, French bakery, Scottish, Irish, Chilean shops and food, little cafes and great food. The Hot cinnamon Buns with vanilla glaze, 40 plus fudges shop. It was amazing. The kids were ready to live there if they could it was just so relaxing and amazing.
Negative: Look it's always one of those things that is really nit picking but the beds up in the loft struggled with. But I am getting older and missed our bed. But don't even really like writing this as the whole stay was really amazing and the bed was still pretty good (just wasn't ours from home).

Negative: We are long-time users of Booking.com - but this house is sublet through a company called Airkeeper. They were intrusive, demanding and incompetent. They even threatened not to give us check-in details because they were waiting for documentation (copies of my license, my DOB, and a 'selfie') that I had provided weeks before and they had confirmed receipt of. We won't ever be booking an Air-Keeper managed property through booking.com again.
Summary: House was great. The booking process with Airkeeper was a nightmare.

Negative: Main photos have a nice fireplace shown - but you arent allowed to use it - no wood supplied and sign saying "please dont use". House has other heating but not sufficient during winter to keep the place remotely warm. DO NOT stay here in winter - its just to cold. Also had no end of problems with the final booking being sorted through Airkeeper - painful process.
Summary: Nice house but far to cold as you cant use the fireplace
