Summary: Hotel was fantastic but check-in procedure was horrible, worst I've ever encoutered and 3 of us work at hotels. It took for ever to check in, every single person had to fill in their life story in order to check in and it was on a single ipad so they could only do one at a time. We where 7 people in 4 rooms and it took them almost an hour to check us in.

Summary: Beautiful hotel near the water and a short walk to Cala Deia. They even have their own little beach was is beautiful!! Morning breakfast was delicious, 10/10 recommended staying here.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here. Nice rooms, great food and great views. Only thing that dropped the rating was the pool was dirty and not useable as well the toilet it our room ran non stop. Would definitely stay here again though . Bueno

Summary: This hotel is in an area of outstanding natural beauty - it is tranquil and relaxing and we simply loved the place. There are great transport links to Deia, Valdemossa, Soller and beyond - it's perfect for cycling, trecking or simply chillaxing by the pool. Facilities at the hotel are excellent and the staff go above and beyond. Having stayed at many fine hotels in Mallorca this is without doubt the best i've been at - the attention to detail is subtle an everything runs smoothly
