Positive: Nice, clean, well-organized and calm apartment with lots of space, a nice balcony with a green view, well-staffed kitchen, a washing machine and an elevator. There is a small set of stairs to get to the elevator downstairs. We did not use the TV, but we switched it on once and it does work. The apartment did not get very hot, which was nice in summer. The two beds are good and in two separate bedrooms (note that the bigger bed is placed in a way that one person would have to climb over the other to get in/out if two people sleep in it). The couch in the living room is comfy&big enough to sleep on too, my mom slept on it for 8 nights and was happy (she wanted that room :) ). You don't have to walk through the living room to go to the kitchen (which has a table) or bathroom, so you can make the living room a third bedroom without disturbing the person sleeping there. Shower/bathroom and toilet are in different rooms, which is always nice for several people. The area was perfect for us: 15 min walking to the train station, 10-15 min to the city centre (which I would find too noisy&crowded to stay in directly), 10-15 min to the pier and the ferries, 5 min to the beach and the Sopot Museum with its cute open garden that also hosts concerts. There's buses too, but we did not need them. The area is calm, but there is restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, bakeries, supermarkets, an ATM and beach-bars very closeby. Many of the big Hotel SPAs are in the East of Sopot, which means they are close too, and do try Thai Mai Salon for fantastic authentic Thai Massage. Last but not least: The owner is super sweet and helpful. Good communication about arrival and extra beddings, fast answers, tried to help us with tips when we asked...and when we wrote and asked for a second pair of keys she passed by to bring them the same evening. This is a gem!
Negative: Garbage trucks in the morning at one bedroom can be a bit loud for light sleepers with the window open. With the window closed you can't hear them at all, and as the apartment does not get very hot that's totally fine. :)

Positive: The apartment was clean, nice, and fully equipped. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city center and beach. The public transport (bus stop) is close, railway station is approximately 7 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is very central within walking distance of all local shops cafes & restaurants.
