EXCLUSIVE apartment / house (80m2). A fully equipped kitchen invites you to do something special on the table! After dinner, you can read a good book in the cozy living room with EXTENDABLE COUCH or with SAT. Relax TV. Our FIRST-CLASS BATHROOM with a large CORNER BATHTUB invites you to a full bath. For the faster version we have a shower with a GLASS CABIN. The toilet is on the ground floor! Our 2 separate bedrooms are on the upper floor, which is connected by a spiral staircase.
The two rooms are very sunny - right to enjoy peace and quiet and ensure a RELAXING, QUIET sleep.
One bedroom also has a BALCONY - where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass in the evening! There is a PARKING right next to your accommodation!
Our GARDEN invites you to enjoy the sun - with a beautiful arbor - also suitable for bad weather.
Right next door you have a highly recommended restaurant. From your accommodation there are some nice walks through the forest or along the stream (require good shoes)
We are very central to the city or the mountains!
If you would like to go on holiday in a somewhat SMALLER accommodation - there is also our very cozy FERIENHAUS Leitner (60m2). I also offer this here at Fewo-direkt, under FERI'ENHAUS LEITNER. Consisting of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with covered terrace and bathroom / shower / toilet !!Click in.

The next ski area is only about 5 minutes away. removed - Krispl.
It is a slightly smaller lift with a drag lift, but ideal for children up to 11 years. Of course also for bigger ones who are just learning to ski. And right next to the ski slope is a nice guest house!

There is also a fun opportunity to go tubing (Faistenau) about 20km away!
There are great cross-country trails in Faistenau!
SUMMER - BATHING HOLIDAY: In summer, sun worshipers and swimmers come to enjoy fully.
Either you use our rowboat rental for an adventurous boat trip with uncountable bays where you can enjoy the togetherness - or simply lie down on the bathing lawn and sleep in front of you.
For long walks through the wonderful forest landscape, some routes are right next to your accommodation!
The various mountains invite you to go hiking or mountain biking.
For enthusiastic anglers there is also the opportunity to fish.(Ticket sales at the fishing sport plaster in 5400 Hallein)
They are very central - there is a bus stop right behind your accommodation.(Good transport connections).
Salzburg is only 20 minutes away. by car - even by bus and train you are quickly at all sights!
A RESTAURANTE is right next to Haus Alexandra - GASTHOF ALMSTÜBERL. (Recommended kitchen)
There are the largest portions and the best schnitzel!
In the evening this inn is a nice bar (Hermanns -Bar) - where you can drink a glass or two, with very nice hosts !!

Summary: Alexandra is super nice. She was very fast to respond and easy to communicate with and wanted to ensure we were comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. Rear location. Not far from Salzburg and closer to Hallstatt and other sites. We definitely would like to come back. When we do, we will bring some mattress pads and pillows, as the beds were nice but a little hard for us. The bathroom was really nice although the shower drained a little slow. Both things easily fixed and do not take away from the place. Thanks for letting is stay.

Summary: We spent a few days in Alexandra's apartment during our summer vacations in Austria. Alexandra has a comfortable apartment inside a large house. It's arranged for a family to enjoy the stay, adequate space, clean and peaceful. The surroundings are fantastic with some possibilities for hikes and very close to Salzburg and its amazing region. Alexandra was a very good hostess, always attentive to our needs.

Summary: Perfect spot outside of Salzburg (about 30 min. drive). Big place with everything quite new and overlooks beautiful hills, valley and their horses.. If you have children (or adults) who love to swim and cliff jump they have an amazing river about 100 meters from your front door with several waterfalls where the jumping is spectacular! We spent all our afternoons there to cool off and enjoy. Highly recommend for families of 3-5.

Summary: Our stay at House Alexandra was nice, and its location was beautiful. We did choose to stay out of Salzburg, so we were not surprised at the remoteness of our chosen accommodations. It was spacious - quite large enough for the 5 of us that were traveling. All rooms were comfortable, including kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, bathroom (with sunken tub). Alexandra came by only once, and she seemed very pleasant. We appreciated her giving us space and privacy. Walking up the spiral staircase with luggage was tricky, but manageable. The television never was able to broadcast - possibly since we did not know how to configure it so that it worked. Instructions would've been appreciated. The Wi-Fi was very poor. If it worked, it was spotty. The entire house had a musty smell, that never dissipated during our stay. The towels that were given to us to use, along with having the musty smell, all had stains that basically dissuaded us to use them (we found towels in a town nearby that we used instead). The electric oven's top was cracked, so it's usage was limited. Also, if you are a non-European renting this house, please coordinate your payment with Alexandra ahead of time. We did not, and both sides had a small struggle to enable payment. Overall, though, we truly enjoyed our stay at Haus Alexandra and the Salzburg region.

Summary: Comfortable house. Handy to all the local sights - Salzburg, Mt Spielberg, Mondsee Lake & Berchtesgadener Land. Our kids loved the horses and swam in both lakes though the waterfall lake is very chilly! Alex was a fantastic and attentive host and we would recommend her and her house to anyone visiting this part of the world.

Summary: The house is in a great location for exploring the Salzberg area by car. It is a short drive to the city, lakes, and other attractions. The house is nice and very comfortable with everything you might need including a BBQ grill area. But the best thing is about staying here is your host Alexandra. There was nothing that she was not willing to help us with. Tours, shopping, restaurants, she has great knowledge of everything in the area. Highly recommended. Thanks Alexandra!

Summary: This is a wonderful property! Alex is an amazing hostess. She was always polite and always willing to help us. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There is a wonderful restaurant right across the street with huge portions. Great location!
