Summary: Room was okay. Pretty run down for a smoking room. Pubic hairs all over the bathtub. Dirty countertops. No trash bags in the trash cans. Floors were dirty. Casino was horrible. No waitstaff and cranky workers that were to be found.

Summary: Booked a non smoking room. Room didnt smell exactly like smoke but there was a distinct odor you can tell people are smoking in the building. Very outdated rooms in need of maintenance/remodel. Hotel is already in the process of remodeling. Room was mostly clean and comfortable. Parking garage was convenient. Could use more food choices. Casino floor was on the smaller side, not a large variety of slots. Service was friendly but not very competant. Had an issue with our room and instead explaining over the phone, asked us to come down to lobby, ended up in the same room and had to go back and forth with all our luggage.

Summary: The staff was not friendly or helpful, room was real dark, top of headboard was full of dust but the mattress was comfortable. We were given only 2 bath towels and one hand towel. Water pressure in sink was so low that hard to even wash your face. We were given 2 rooms and both had only views of a flat roof. Air conditioning was good, will not stay at Horseshoe Hitel and Casino again.

Summary: Room was comfortable. Hotel is need of a remodel. Getting run down after many years of use. Shower was cracked and had mildew. Toilet ran all night.

Summary: The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and the walk to the room was so far away, I don’t know how I would survived if they didn’t have restroom places on the way to room but on the positive side I got a lot of steps in.

Summary: We were on the third floor and almost the furtherest room from the elevator. Too far to walk for sure. I think they should fill up rooms starting at the elevator. I know there were several rooms that were empty that they could have put us in that wasn't so far away. ALSO, on the way to our room that was a section that smell awful with a sewage smell. Every time we went through there it smelled terrible. I don't think I will plan to stay at this casino in the future. Too many other ones to choose from that probably do not need so much updating. This hotel was too dark and you could definitely tell that it was old.

Summary: Tunica, in general, is a ghost of what it used to be in years past. Their giveaways and comps are almost nonexistent now. The service on the casino floors is terrible. It took me 40 minutes to get a beverage from the time i requested one. I only saw a couple of waitresses trying to serve everybody. The restaurants are only open certain days. I guess weekends are really the best time to go. The floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana. Didnt see anybody really hitting any jackpots. It would not surprise me if most of the casinos were closed in the next few years. On a good note, casino and hotel staff were pleasant and professional at all times. And the room at the Horseshoe was nice.
