Positive: The staff were lovely, very responsive and helpful. The property is in a good location, a 5 minute walk from the beach. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Negative: I am not sure how this property has been rated so highly. The first night we were there, the bathroom drains smelt so badly that they made the whole room smell awful. We asked to switch rooms and the new room smelt fine, but the hot water tap in the shower basically didn't work so our showers were cold. There were a lot of cobwebs in our room. The WiFi mostly didn't work. The kitchen was poorly equipped meaning you couldn't cook much. The exceptional high rating that this property has is very misleading.
Summary: Passable but not amazing.

Positive: The host José was very friendly and gave some good tips re: tour prices. The water dispenser in the kitchen was great, and the location too, a short walk from the tourist street.
Negative: The window of the room didn't really close shut. The place is closed to the street though, so not a real issue.
Summary: Nice little place

Positive: The room is nice and clean. The staff is good and friendly. The location is a little out of Main Street but since Paracas is small. Everywhere is very closed. It’s nice that they provide free drinking water.
Negative: The main drawback is the heat. It’s quite hot and the ventilation is not good. Window is open to corridor and I don’t know if it can open. I stay in second floor and it is warmer than first floor I think. There is a fan but no ceiling fan.
Summary: Good stay but not in summer when it’s hot
