Negative: As part of check-in, we were given a code to enter the building and the room, but upon returning several hours later the code didn’t work. As staff leave the hotel at 5pm, we contacted the 24/7 emergency/ out of hours number to get support. This number is clearly not monitored as despite multiple messages and several calls, no one ever responded to us. Luckily we were able to check-in online using a separate link shared as part of the booking and were able to generate a new code but staff did not even acknowledge this issue the next day

Negative: The reception not being open until 10.30 am and no one after 5pm. The safe was not working but fixed. The air conditioning didn’t work.
