Positive: Very close to shops and bus stop. Made the commute to the airport very simple. For a night it was very practical and inexpensive. The staff was very helpful.
Negative: It was a little plain and there was a smell, like it needed to be aired.

Positive: Super nice host, good location (really close to the airport- 20 mins by bus), lots of shops and cafes nearby, clean rooms and shared facilities
Negative: Thin walls, you can hear every movement outside your room (in the hall and in other rooms). If your neighbours snore, you will definitely hear it like they are in your room. Anyway, we were lucky with the neighbours, and at night there was almost no noise.
Summary: Good quality for this price, would definitely recommend
