Positive: Excellent location. From the train station, we took the number 11 bus to the Aquaducts. From there its about a six minute walk straight up the road. It was easy to find and in the centre of sites, restaurants, etc. We arrived on a late train at 9:20 pm, but the bus was efficient and cheap. Instructions in Spanish that we received in Spanish were easy to follow to get into our room. It felt safe there. We would say it is more economical and pleasant to stay there than Madrid. We would stay here again. The bus station was an easy walk too, where we caught a bus to Madrid About 9 euros for two of us
Negative: No laundry services that we could see- like many other places. Must go up two flights of stairs. Limited outside view.
