Positive: Very close to bus terminal, but quiet and safe place. Hotel looks new, rooms and shower are clean. They provide towels and soap. Reception girls very kind and helpful. Recommend!

Positive: no frills hotel (in spanish they call these hostals…) offering private rooms with air conditioning television and climate control. i really liked coming here after being on hostelworld for a while because hostels can get taxing on your body and mind while places like this can be relied on to be peaceful

Negative: you have to make arrangements to be let out of the property since there’s a giant metal door that’s similar to restaurants etc when they’re closed so that was inconvenient

Negative: Shower head apparatus broken, had to hold handheld shower head to use. NO HOT WATER AT ALL Hot breakfast included in price. Told staff the night before that we needed to have breakfast no later than 8:00am because we had an 8:30am bus. They brought us some tea and cold cheese at 8:15 and said there “was no time to make the hot breakfast,” despite having had notice from the night prior. Essentially we paid for a breakfast that we did not receive and had to get on our bus hungry.

Summary: No breakfast, no hot water to shower. Otherwise clean place and good air conditioning
