Positive: Loved the location, very close to town. In a condo complex, but quiet. Comfy furniture. Loved the kitchen, complete with cookware, condiments, even coffee and filters. Matt was very responsive when we needed him.
Negative: At first the WiFi didn't work. We had to fiddle with it for an hour, apparently it had overheated. Once working, the bandwidth was quite slow. There was a crib next to the master bed, blocking that side. The coffeemaker was a bit complicated but I got it to work. One evening the building front door was locked -- Matt responded quickly with instructions to get into the back door, but if he hadn't, I would've been locked out.

Positive: It had everything you could imagine. Toddler toys, air fryer, bbq, Netflix. Furniture was very comfortable and the place just felt like “home”
Negative: The only negative was the dishwasher was very loud when it was on and I know this is something that is not in control of the owner but the dogs in the other apartments barked non stop all day

Positive: Very clean, with an atmosphere of home.
Negative: Only concern is that there was no smoke detector installed. We found it in the kitchen cupboard, but without the batteries.
Summary: It was a fantastic place to stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future, if it’s available.

Negative: Carpets not very clean, dirt and items visible under the couch and under the master bed. Pictures online did not reflect the amount of personal items left in the unit and on the decks. Second bedroom smelled lightly of mold. I think that this is a permanent residence. Felt odd staying there as I expected what was posted online., The owner should investigate second bedroom for moisture/mold issue due to the smell noted.
