Welcome to our resort-like waterfront coastal home. Our warm 1400 square foot home has an open floor plan that is built for fun and relaxation. Whether you are enjoying a getaway with a small party or entertaining a festive, larger party, our house can be a great fit for your family and friends. If needed, 6 people can sleep comfortably. A total of 3 queen beds and a sofa bed. A private one queen bedroom, and an open two queen bedroom that overlooks the canal. Our waterfront home is located in the private community of Gulf Harbors and is situated on one of the deepest parts of the canal. Want some play time? There are 3 kayaks for you to use, a two seater kayak and the other two are one person fishing kayaks. The large deck patio offers a BBQ grill and a 6 person hot tub. I find our home to be a paradise that focuses on the simple pleasures of life. We are located about 45 minutes from Tampa Airport, and in close proximity to restaurants, beaches, and golf. This part of Florida has some of the best beaches in the United States. Caladesi Island State Park, Anclote Key State Park, and Fort De Soto park have been rated in the top ten beaches in the United States. So many options! Visit Fred Howard Park, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater. Busch Gardens and Tampa attractions approximately 60 minutes. Tarpon Springs restaurants and Sponge Docks are just 20 minutes away. Airports approximately 30 to 45 minutes away. Baseball fans want to book in the Spring to be here for Spring Training facilities that are just 30 minutes away.

Summary: We had a great two week stay at this house. James was a very responsive host. We had a couple of glitches that were promptly attended to. The view was great; both the inside and the outside offered activities that truly allowed us to relax. We kayaked, we fished, we played cards, we did several puzzles and best of all, we relaxed. Plenty of space to hang together and also have time to ourselves.

Summary: Inside was clean and well organized. Had all you needed . Did not use the kayaks and wished we had . We were not able to handle getting in and out of water .

Summary: This was a great find. We loved being on the water. It was so relaxing. The jacuzzi was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and included nice pillows and linens. We thought New Port Richie was a beautiful town and we were not far from anything.

Summary: The property is as is the photos. The living room is a great environment to share with family and children. The jacuzzi, the terrace and the spectacular kayaks. cleaning just ok. very superficial There were old dirty clothes from other guests forgotten under drawers and cobwebs behind furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary elements for a family stay. Nice neighborhood a little far now that I know the area

Summary: The property was as advertised, it was nice. We arrived in the evening our first day. The very next morning there were people walking around the house with lawnmowers and weed eaters cutting grass. We thought it was an invasion of our privacy because the sliding glass door does not have a covering and the curtains are see threw. We heard a noise that sounded like something got stuck in the equipment. We came out later that day to leave and there was a dent in the rental car door. I contacted the owner and he said text him a picture of the damage. He said he would contact the land scaping company however he had never met them. A couple of days went by and I called the owner again to follow up because we had not heard from anybody. The owner, Jim gave me a phone number to the landscapers and told me to call them. I called the number, and left a message 2 days in a row, no one contacted me. I feel the owner should have done more to resolve the issue and taken more of a responsibility for what happened on his property and the people he hired. We have not heard from the owner or the landscapers.

Summary: This was a great setup for our family of four. We had plenty of room. We spent Christmas week here and was able to fix a wonderful Christmas meal in the well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was great to start the day and watch the sunrise and then after a long day of walking at Sea World or Busch Gardens. Plenty of nearby good restaurants.

Summary: Comfortable beds and great new furniture. The kitchen linens and equipment were lacking. House was nice and big, tho dated underneath some new things. Outdoor options like kayaks, fishing poles, hot tub and cooler/beach chairs were very nice to have.
