The spacious well-appointed 3-bedroom 🛌🛌🛌(2 kings, 1 queen) 2 bath 🛀🛀 property is above The Little Pigeon Forge River with a slight incline leading up to the retreat but is within walking 🚶distance to Gatlinburg! Up to two dogs per reservation are allowed for an additional fee of $200 and 50 lbs max per dog. Must be house trained and go to the bathroom outside, pick up ALL poop outside, absolutely not allowed on any of the furniture, must be leashed at all times the yard is not fenced, and if left alone must be kenneled inside the property never left alone outside.
Close to all the attractions Gatlinburg has to offer this property is the perfect choice for a recommended party of 6 (can sleep 8 with 2 pull out sofas in the living room). Relax and unwind with all the wonderful amenities the property provides:

Summary: The house was very well kept, with plenty if space for our family of 4, plus dogs. Location was great, just a few minutes drive from “downtown” Gatlinburg and our host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions!

Summary: This little place was so cute and cozy. It has more of a three bedroom/house feel and is very close to the Gatlinburg strip and across the street from a mountain coaster so very convenient for those looking to stay close to all of the festivities. Accuracy of the place vs what was online was very close, however for the price and what the photos showed it was a much smaller place than I anticipated. I somehow missed how it’s only 1400sqft -which would have easily told me it was a bit cramped for the 7 of us. But that’s not their fault, I will be sure to check that first next time. We had the absolute best time playing shuffleboard. The game room had a super cute connect four on the wall which kept us entertained. All three teens -17 and 19 plus some adults all thoroughly enjoyed it-we will be buying one asap! Absolutely zero complaints about cleanliness-it was extremely clean, decorated just beautifully for Christmas and had plenty of towels and amenities in the kitchen pretty much anything you need they have and all is labeled everywhere so there is no question where to find it. The hot tub was perfect along with the outdoor area. It’s a very large side area with a fire pit and plenty of chairs. Grocery store was about 10-12 minutes away and downtown Gatlinburg was right around the corner from the bottom of the mountain and took us around 5 minutes to get there. It would be perfect for a family with younger children if you’re going with the max number of guests..

Summary: This home is spotless, and it is very clear that the owners pride themselves with providing all the amenities we would need. We felt safe, comfortable and will surely return to this pristine location. Not one issue did we have, and would certainly recommend this home as your base when visiting Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge, Sevierville area.

Summary: Stay was amazing, the property was very clean and even provided moon pies and granola bars to snack on. Property is so close to downtown Gaitlinburg and it made it very easy to go enjoy our days downtown without a long drive back to our stay. Communicating with property manager was super easy and quick and Jackie was very nice and understanding with any question or problem I brought up. I loved how spacious the property was along with the game room which was a big hit for my friends and I. TV’s were hard to figure out, thankfully one of my friends was tech savvy and was able to figure things out! Overall the stay was amazing and Jackie was an awesome host. Thank you Jackie again!
