Summary: House was fine, needs more lighting on front porch, we needed someone holding their phone flashlight to enter the addmission code. Everything was going well, until we returned home from an outing to find the air conditioner was not working properly. We notified the homes contacts and they got a couple of fans and an AC professional there in quickly. But the AC unit was not easily repairable, and would not be available for days.When we asked to cancel the remaining days of our stay and for a refund of the night without A/C, the owner stated that AC is a luxury in this area. Forcasted temps were to be in the high nineties, so we pulled the plug on this rental and left, following the prescribed checkout proceedures.

Summary: This property was perfect for us and our 4 kids. We all loved the decor and the furnishings were all comfortable and sufficient for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had an amazing stay. Definitely recommend staying here. The Gibsons were awesome hosts. Their home was lovely, clean and matched the description perfect. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. They were very welcoming and answered any questions we had very quickly. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in y’all’s home.

Summary: My only suggestion would be that it is time to replace the carpet in the entry way. It is the first thing you see when you enter the property. Otherwise, lovely! Thanks.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this home. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient to some walking trails, Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We were visiting our college daughter for her family weekend. Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of room to spread out and was very comfortable. We cooked some big meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is really pretty, and we enjoyed sitting out there and, in the evenings, the hot tub was so nice. We had one minor issue with the door batteries running low, and the owners were super responsive, and we did not miss a beat. Thanks for a nice stay!

Summary: We were a bit surprised to see that there were stairs up to the main living area and down to the lower bedroom and bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but might be for some. We enjoyed our stay very much. The back patio is lovely. The yard is nice for kids to run around. The bottom bedroom is large and has a king and queen bed in it. It was pretty chilly downstairs. We got in bed and eventually warmed up.
