Negative: We liked Naha neighborhood better than Nago, which had nothing to do with the property though! Nago was sleepier, and probably would be best to rent a car.

Positive: The room was very large and had everything that you needed. There was a washing machine and a dryer and they provided detergent. The bed was fairly comfortable and there was also a couch and a TV with a Netflix account from the Hotel. The balcony was nice to step out but on the third floor I was only able to look at the sewage facility on the other side of the street. I was provided one set of towels, razors etc. per night that I stayed. The Christmas decoration was a nice touch and on the first floor where you enter there was a TV that showed the movie Sister Act on repeat. A lot of restaurants, izakayas and konbinis were reachable in about 10 to 15 minutes walking. The nearby beach in the 21 Century Park was very nice and you could catch a beautiful sunset there.

Negative: There was a lot of dust when I entered the room. The dehumidifier was fairly loud and blew out very warm air and the remote for it was missing. The sewage facility reeked a bit sometimes but that wasn't a big problem. There's absolutely no staff present at the facility aside of the cleaning staff for the rooms which were checked out. The ceiling light in the main room is very bright and there is no other lamp.

Positive: The room was clean and very large. There was a washer and a dryer. There was free parking and a lift.

Negative: There could be more crockery. Two large plates and two glasses would have made a difference.

Positive: Self check in works the best for me. The sizes and importantly it comes in a washing machine plus dryer (with washing powder)

Negative: There is nothing near by but it doesnt bothered us as we have a car

Positive: The location is unbeatable, especially considering the price. It was nice that they had alcoholic beverages and snacks in the lobby vending machine at prices comparable to or even lower than the konbinis. The washer/dryer was easy to use, and all the amenities were as advertised. The entry codes worked flawlessy every time.

Negative: I didn't know if someone was going to clear my room or not. There was no sign to hang, so I just handed my trash bags to the maid when I heard her cleaning the room next to mine (which I'm not sure was occupied or not). Next to the toilet there was a sign (in Japanese) saying, "When the toilet paper runs out, it will be replenished." But by whom and when will they know to replinish it? LOL! The wifi and TV were about average, if not slightly below.

Summary: Excellent location at a great price, but be prepared to put your trash outside your door.
