Positive: Property is in an amazing location. Walking distance to the market and wonderful restaurants. The onsite All Water restaurant was fantastic. Most of the staff were great.
Negative: The pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable and did not come with sheets. We had to call guest services for bedding and it took over an hour for them to respond. In addition, there was an issue with the water temperature. It was scalding hot the first night and luke warm at best for the rest of our stay which meant fairly cold showers were the only option. As you can imagine, this is not ideal for what is presented as a luxury hotel. We mentioned the issue to the front desk and they didn’t offer any type of solution or concern beyond saying they were sorry.
Summary: While the location is ideal, not sure it is worth the luxury price.

Positive: The location! Loved that every great attraction was walking distance. Space needle a little bit further but we didn’t mind the extra walking when we had nice weather.
