Positive: Decent location not too far from central station. Good street food and little shops to visit. Staff were welcoming and friendly, 24 hour reception.

Negative: Bed was quite uncomfortable as it was very firm. Thats all. Overall good experience.

Positive: Great hotel close to Milano Central Station and Metro. Easy walk to Corso Buenos Aires and the main sites. Reception staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, air conditioning was efficient and quiet which made our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend and intend to return in the future.

Negative: The only thing that could be improved would be a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on.

Summary: Comfortable, clean, highly recommend.

Positive: The location is pretty close to the Loreto metro stop and is convenient to numerous bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the property was very clean. We were only here for a quick overnight before catching a morning flight out of Malpensa (and it worked very well for this), but it would certainly be a fine base for longer stays.
