Positive: Bed was large and spacious. Room had air conditioning.
Negative: Quite expensive for the state of the room/facilities and location. Its quite far from the city centre and nearest metro that takes you directly to the city is about 15 min walk. The closet door in our room was broken. Can't even use the tub because there was no plug and probabably can't even use it because it didn't look clean enough.

Negative: Room was very hot and did not know how to control the temperature. Most hot items at breakfast were lukewarm.

Negative: Very dated, no plugs near the bed to charge the phone, had to unplug the light to plug the phone charger and had to move the bed to do it.

Positive: My experience at this hotel was positive. In my opinion, the hotel has an excellent location in the upper part of the city. It's a nice and safe area, away from the chaos but still easily connected to the city center. The room was comfortable and spacious, had all the amenities I needed, and even a pleasant view. The staff was always available and helpful. Luckily, I found a spot in the underground parking, but there isn't much availability, and you have to be careful because it's very narrow. Thank you for everything.
Negative: This hotel presents itself as a 4-star, but in my opinion, it should be a maximum of 3. The bathroom was cramped, the toilet had a leak that was not fixed, and my room was not cleaned the day after I arrived.
