Summary: Good hotel in a good location.

Summary: Good for a night stay to get rest but would not stay longer than that. The good- convenient location and easy to find, food options near by, seemed pretty safe, no bugs in room for me so that’s key. The bad- condition of building and furniture in rooms was not great

Summary: I would choose to sleep in my car before paying for a room in this establishment. The room had ripped up clothing left or they were cleaning rags. They were left under the desk. The corner of the room had mildew and mold. I have pictures for anyone to see. I will be calling the health department and sending them the pictures. There was also a burn mark from a hot plate in the carpet.

Summary: Mildew and mold smells from AC and bathroom were bad in room 209. I left the AC turned off so it wouldn’t make it worse, but had to leave after a few hours and find a different hotel. Otherwise the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Not everyone is sensitive to this so I still gave it a 3.

Summary: The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay.
