Positive: The lady who welcomed us at the reception is exceptionally kind and helpful. All the staff are excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and it is cleaned daily. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Negative: Staff took both of our ID cards till the end of stay, leaving us without identification documents in a foreign country. Room had a musty odor, bathroom was not particularly clean. Shower door did not close properly.

Positive: Handy for the industrial area located in Porto Mantovano. Parking and staff are good. Good value for the area.

Negative: This time I had a ground floor room, and the sound insulation was not great (could hear the television next door). The bed was also a bit less comfortable than the other times I have stayed there.
