Positive: We throughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was perfect for our needs, rooms were clean and well equipped. Location was great just a short walk to go out at night. We were a on a cycling holiday and were provided with a secure bike store. Breakfast was good a very good selection and plenty of it. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Roberto was always available to answer and questions and Michele was really helpful in the bar often staying up late. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip.
Summary: Amazing holiday, very easy, short flight, easy transfer and a lot to do when you get there!

Positive: Location, close to the city center, nice view of the canal/port/lake
Negative: Basic, no A/C during autumn even during hot days (due to low season they said they are not allowed by law) and the ventilation was so low it did not help, had to sleep with the door open. No ventilation in the bathroom. The triple room was very small

Positive: On a quiet street with little traffic and few people passing by. Possibility to sit at the tables in the hall any time, also without taking anything at the bar. With nice weather, there are etabrla outside and a beautiful terrace on the top. Nice breakfast buffet, both for savoury and sweet. Wardrobe and small desk in the room. Tv with large choice of channels.
Negative: The coffee machine at the buffet was of poor quality, IMO. That coffee or cappuccino are to pay extra was a bit of a bumper for me. A few more hooks to hang jackets in the room and a chair to put clothes on would have been nice. Shower floor too slippery for me to relax (my husband didn't mind).
