Positive: Very quiet during night. Was provided a fan if needed. Shower was nice and relaxing. Extra pillow also provided without asking. Very clean. Breakfast was good. There were complimentary bikes that you could rent out, and also helmets. I took my bike from home but forgot my helmet, so being able to borrow a helmet was awesome.
Negative: The offerings in the hotel restaurant was were limited and the lady in the restaurant was very rude and was not interested in giving service. Indoor pool had ice cold water.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. The possibility to use the hotel's bicycles for up to four hours was great! Great value for money. Location was great.
Negative: No aircon, soft beds.

Positive: The staff of the hotel is lovely. Our room was clean and nice, we were surprised how big our room was. The hotel is located really near the port where big cruise ships arrive. The area is leafy and beautiful. Some important attractions are near the hotel and you can walk to the city centre in maybe 10 minutes. The breakfast was great, good variety of food!
Negative: There is a bar in the ground floor and we could hear sounds from there some nights. The room has all basics you need but there were no fridge or safety box in the room.
Summary: Comfortable stay in clean and well-maintained hotel, very good breakfast!

Positive: Location next to ferry terminal was very convenient and views of ships were nice. Despite being a small room, the layout was cleverly done, much like the space-saving layout in a ship cabin. Things were clean and tidy, despite being a little cramped. Good for the one night we stayed there. Parking in rear lot was sufficient and fairly convenient.
Negative: Elevator is old and rather scary. Be careful when using it! Breakfast was a bit basic, but then again it's an island. Hotel is older, but well maintained. Lack of obvious air conditioning could be an issue on hot nights, as the windows didn't seem to open without a special key.
